PCYC Canberra is a leading youth facility, which provides innovative and relevant activities in an environment that fosters youth participation. This app is aimed to increase engagement with the PCYC’s target youth audience through the development of a mobile app and it’s supporting services. The delivered App will reach a trial audience in the ACT, for possible expansion and up scaling into the larger states NSW and QLD.

Activities/Games

Our app, in trying to engage the young’uns, is colourful, and fun. We included a cool treasure hunt, where you can win prizes by locating and scanning hidden QR Codes. We also have a calendar and event descriptions, so you can check out whats happening at PCYC centres around Canberra.

Social Networking Integration

Won a prize? Want your friends or family to check out one of the fun activities at the PCYC? Want to share a discount? Our app lets PCYC users share information on Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Networks so you can let everyone know what you like (or don’t!).

Location-Based Notification

The PCYC has plenty of fun stuff going on, for young and old alike. Our app notifies you of whats going on at PCYC centres near you, so you don’t miss out!

We also helped the PCYC build their website, and content management system. It’s a great feeling to help local businesses and people who help the community so much.
